Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must email us ASAP. If your order has not been sent, we will cancel it without charge.


We do not accept returns of opened or used products.  We strongly suggest you order Try + Travel sizes prior to purchasing full sizes if you are unsure about a color.  Please contact us for assistance.

Please keep in mind, we are a small indie business and cannot re-sell or re-stock returned products. Therefore we do not accept makeup that has been opened or returns after 7 days of receipt.  We strongly suggest you read all ingredients before purchasing.  We appreciate honest and respectful communication, and we may be able to work with you.  You can email us at [email protected]

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply: 

Modern Minerals Make up is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return the products to us with a tracking number and postage insurance.  We do not refund the cost to ship the returned products.

Lost or Late Package

We cannot control or take responsibility for packages lost in transit or for any weather delays or other issues that are out of our control. If your tracking number is not providing enough information, please contact your local POST OFFICE or Mail Carrier.  They can access more information for you.

  • Once packages leave us, it is 100% in the care the post office to deliver the packages to you.
  • Ensure you provide us with your correct address according to USPS.
  • Sometimes neighbors may receive packages for you.  Check with your mail carrier, your doorman and of course your local post office.

We will try our best to help you track your order.  Keep in mind, we can only access the tracking information provided.

Damaged Products

If a newly ordered product has been damaged in transit to you or is faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will gladly arrange a replacement.  Return the damaged item by regular post and we will refund you for standard USPS rate and send you a replacement of the same item without further postage charge.
